1947 Chevrolet Cadet Factory Photo
The Cadet was the first new postwar car that would have been launched in 1947. Earle Steele MacPherson was the the cheif engineer for the Cadet (known as the light car project) starting in 1945. The MacPherson Strut suspension was first designed for this light car from Chevrolet.
