1974 Mustang II

On August 28th, 1973, Ford announced Mustang II, the biggest change to the Mustang in its history. The length was shotened almost 19 inches from the 1973 model.

Not wanting the public to view the new downsized Mustang as a sport model Pinto, Ford promoted a concept Sportiva as an auto-show attraction. Here is the Sportiva at the Indianapolis Auto Show on December 28, 1973.
