This 1953 New Moon brochure shows an "I Love Lucy" trailer available for purchase. The trailer used in the movie was built by New Moon. Some think the "sunken living room" was special built for the movie, but until 1955, most trailers built had a raised kitchen floor to rise over the axles and wheels. The so called sunken living room was used to comedy advantage in the movie.
